Long time no update.
Again, my desire to concentrate on resolving my career plans has left this place a little desolate. However, as I begin (or, rather, shift) my professional career, I hope to find time to post accomplishments and updates concerning career and personal ventures.
Updates since August:
I have unofficially secured a position with a local Commercial Real Estate brokerage to work as a sales/leasing agent. I will update the position once it is finalized on my LinkedIn and other profiles.
Meanwhile, I continue to--occasionally--freelance as a writer with UrbanCincy. My latest post is a news article from early Sept. on City Council's recent budget talks: http://www.urbancincy.com/author/zacharyschunn/
I have remained somewhat active politically, helping with the NO on Issue 48 effort, and plan to vote in the election tomorrow. I believe Issue 48 if passed will hurt local business, especially the real estate business, in Cincinnati--including my own--and that is why I feel comfortable publicly expressing my opinion on it. I also remain personally interested in other issues.
And on a more personal note: my girlfriend and I just celebrated 8 months together over the weekend. Woohoo! :-)
